Thanks for shopping with The Cozy Goblin Co! Every order is packed by hand with care. Here's everything you need to know about getting your goodies.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During the holiday season, high order volume means processing can take up to 2 weeks. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping within the US
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live USPS rates, based on your package's weight, size and destination. Most US orders cost between $3 and $13 to ship. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

We ship to all 50 states, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times are estimates from USPS and aren't guaranteed, especially during the holidays.
Tracking, delays and problems
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email and in your account.
Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us within [12 hours] of ordering if it needs changing. We can't change it once the order has shipped, and we're not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or stolen packages. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, it's out of our hands, but we'll gladly help you file a claim. If tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, email us and we'll look into it with USPS.
Damaged or wrong items. Email us within [7] days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Holidays, pre-orders and questions
Holidays. Processing can take up to 1 week during the holiday season. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering by [December 10] for US delivery.
Pre-orders. Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when everything is ready.
